Summer Theatre Week – Paddleboat Theatre

10am – 4pm I Ages: 7-11

Come and create your very own performance inspired by the classic tale of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.

Learn drama skills, make new friends and work with PaddleBoat to create a magical world behind the wardrobe… what will you discover?

The inventive Exeter-based company, which is known for its distinctive and playful approach to theatre, will guide a group through a week of storytelling, puppetry, music, design, acting and directing. This theatre week offers young people a chance to have fun creating with a team of professional artists to put together a piece of original drama and perform on Exeter Phoenix’s stage.

At the end of the week, friends and family will be welcomed into Exeter Phoenix’s auditorium to watch the young people perform their show on stage.

Rehearsals will take place in the Exeter Phoenix studio’s. PaddleBoat will be at the Exeter Phoenix entrance to meet and greet children and parents/guardians. Young people must be signed in when they are dropped off and signed out when they are picked up.
