Earth Talk: Young People Roar

Wednesday 17th November 7:00pm, Studio One, Dartington Trust, Find Out More
Price: FREE

This year, the UN Climate Change Conference of Youth (COY16) is the direct precursor to COP26, and we are delighted to be joined at Dartington by COY16 keynote speaker, Polly Njiri.

This year COY16 is set to gather thousands of young changemakers from more than 140 countries, and as the chief driver for the official youth position in the UN Climate Negotiations, is a hugely significant event.

One of the major outputs of COY16 is the policy document crafted by youth voices globally, which will be forwarded during the UN Climate Negotiations.

In this talk, Polly will be discussing the role of young people in climate action with Regenerative Economics lecturer at Schumacher College, Jay Tompt, and Engaged Ecology lecturer at Schumacher College, Sarah Elisa Kelly.
