On Saturday 11 April, a few members of Doorstep Youth Theatre Rep Company joined the full cast Chitty rehearsal to share a scene from their original devised piece to the rest of the DAS groups.
This original piece (with original music!) will form the opening prequel to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in the mainstage show in August.
This was the first time bringing the groups together – it was great to get a sneak peek of the DYT ideas and to start thinking of ways that we can incorporate the DAS cast into the original world of Vulgaria. Exciting!
