David Jubb

David is a producer currently ‘growing two children in Devon’ alongside volunteering as a co-director of the Sortition Foundation which campaigns for a citizen-led democracy. Between 2004 and 2019 he was Artistic Director and Chief Executive at Battersea Arts Centre with a purpose to inspire people, to take creative risks and to shape the future

Jade Campbell

Jade is a Torbay local and co-director of Doorstep Arts. She also works for Theatre Royal Plymouth and teaches at the University of Plymouth. Jade manages the Participation & Progression strands of Doorstep Arts’ work, which includes their participatory groups and Foot in the Door mentorship scheme.

Erin Walcon

Erin co-directs Doorstep Arts. She is a Paignton-based director, writer and educator with a PhD in Applied Theatre. Erin lectures at the University of Exeter drama department and in the Graduate School of Education. She also oversees the Stories from Scratch strand of Doorstep Arts’ work, which includes mentorship of young emerging artists and facilitators.
