On Tuesday 29 Sept 2026, I attended the Family Arts Campaign’s Leadership Conference. This event took place at the MAC (Midlands Arts Centre) in Birmingham, and what a beautiful venue it is! It was a joy to deliver a workshop in a room with these stunning views!
The schedule was packed with useful sessions, insightful speakers and the event was attended by a wide range of leaders from a range of organisations working with children, young people and families.
Huge thank you to the Family Arts Campaign team – small but mighty, they organised a cracking event, and it felt so useful and vital to be there.
Doorstep Arts are very proud to help to lead the Torbay Family Arts Network – we serve as a Family Arts Network region, and it’s a privilege to be part of this network. Event like the leadership conference remind us of how important it is to gather together, reflect, and vision forward.
