Images from the Doorstep Arts Halloween Party 2026 – we had such a fantastic time!
Huge thanks to the DAS Seniors who volunteered to come and help with the earlier Juniors part of the evening – you were amazing at staffing the stations and making it a special spppoooooky evening for the younger participants!
Big thanks too to helpers Alana and Evie from the University of Exeter Applied Theatre programme for all their support on the evening. We couldn’t have done it without you!
There were some incredible costumes! We played musical statues (thanks to Tash), and had everything from apple and donut bobbing to face-painting to fishing for treats, to ‘pin the bowtie on the skeleton’.
Big thanks to the team at the Palace Theatre for hosting us – and a special thanks to Clive and Oscar for supplying us with the eerie Halloween backdrop. It really brings the space to life!
We love hosting this event – it has all our favourite things! Interactive play, creativity, food, community, music, and a chance to be together in a joyful space where we can celebrate how incredible the children in Torbay are!
Thanks so much to all who came, helped out, took part, sang, danced, drew, fished, bobbed, chatted, and played. We had such a fab time! #weallmakethestoryhappen
