Join celebrated spoken-word artists Jasmine Gardosi & Edalia Day for an hour of poetry & performance which celebrates the LGBTQ+ community in all its glorious glory. Hosted by Chris White.

This event also includes a queer-friendly open-mic, and a FREE pre-show workshop on writing for performance.

Jasmine Gardosi is a multiple slam champion, and recent winner of the Out-Spoken Prize for Poetry. She uses audience participation, beatboxing and manipulation of voice and body in order to explore LGBTQ+ issues, sex education and mental health. Her work has appeared on Button Poetry, at the Tate Modern, Glastonbury Festival, and across BBC Radio

Edalia Day is a transgender spoken-word artist, motion designer and theatre maker based in Norwich. Her work is full of energy and theatrical flair, combining comedy, live music and interactive projection mapping. She recently completed a UK-wide tour of her show Too Pretty To Punch, about transphobia in the media

Chris White is a former ‘Bard of Exeter’, a multiple slam winner and the host of Spork! in his silly, surreal way he often talks about queerness, identity and ducks.
