Price: Free

We are delighted to announce that Bloom: Exeter’s Festival Of Mental Health Awareness is returning for a virtual edition of the festival from 10-16 May 2021.

This free, virtual festival aims to raise awareness for mental health within Exeter and help you feel part of Exeter’s local community at this time. With 2021 marking the second year that Bloom is being held entirely online due to ongoing coronavirus restriction, Bloom feels more vital than ever before.

The festival will feature music, workshops, poetry, storytelling, resources, family events and more with a mixture of live, online events alongside a host of resources and activity available on-demand throughout the week. A full festival programme will be announced soon.

We have a host of opportunities for you to share your creativity and collaborate with others across the festival. New for 2021’s festival, we are delighted to announce the inaugural Bloom Poetry Competition. We also welcome back the Bloom Community Exhibition and Bloom Community Poem. Keep your eyes peeled for full details next week.

There is no need to purchase tickets – the festival is free and open to everyone. You can also join the Bloom 2021 Facebook Event here where we will be posting activity, events and resources throughout the festival.

We are delighted to be partnering with Wellcome Centre For Cultures And Environments Of Health and After The Storm who have both provided valuable support and resources.
