On Monday May 10th, Doorstep Youth Theatre had a guest workshop with the brilliant Florence Espeut-Nickless, a writer and performer currently on attachment at Bristol Old Vic through their Peggy Ramsay/Film 4 award.
And, something that is particularly relevant for DYT this term, Florence wrote episode 5 of the National Theatre’s version of the Odyssey which spanned the UK.
This workshop gave DYT the chance to learn more about finding individuality in the Greek chorus, and work with an industry leading South-West artist.
