National Youth Theatre – Rush Sunday Session

Submissions are now open for RUSH, a showcase of some of Britain’s best young black creative talent, curated by National Youth Theatre member Shakira Newton.

Interested in taking part? Submissions are currently open. Whether you’ve written your own play and want a chance to see part of it performed, got a spoken word piece or song you’d like to share, or want to perform a monologue or duologue – get involved. Submissions do not need to be specifically about race and/or culture.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend the live-stream as audience members – submissions are open to young artists of colour in the NYT Membership.
