Alice in Wonderland Auditions

We are delighted to announce our 2019 Summer Production is going to be ‘Alice in Wonderland’!!!

This musical is a great opportunity for us to bring all our talented DAS performers together to perform on stage as one big ensemble! This production is open to children and young people aged from 4yrs to 20yrs.

Auditions will commence on Tuesday 15th January and Wednesday 16th January in all our Doorstep Art Studio courses. In order to take part, all participants must be registered members of a DAS course.

New and familiar faces are welcome to these auditions. The audition process will be character, voice and game influenced. Children do not need to prepare anything, however, if auditioning for principal roles, children may be asked to prepare a short solo, this will be performed in a safe and supportive environment at a later date. The audition process is an opportunity for us to get to know all children, have fun and for everyone to settle into the company.

There are many roles for children to take on, not just as performers! We are looking for children interested in being part of the technician’s team, costume, hair, makeup and design. Experienced or non-experienced are all welcome with us! Passion and enthusiasm is all we ask for.
