Doorstep Youth Theatre (age 11-16)

Doorstep Youth Theatre is for young people aged 11-16 who are interested in making their own original performance work. The group is a training company, so is ideal for those who are looking to improve and expand their skills in theatre and performance, and serves as an ideal progression route for those who might aspire to audition for DYT Rep Company.

Covering a wide variety of styles and methods, DYT Training Company is open to anybody aged 11-16 with an interest in acting, collaborative devising, movement, writing, directing, choreography, film-making, theatre production. The group welcomes musicians & singer-songwriters too, and there is scope for original music-making to take place within sessions, depending on the project they are currently working on.
