Torre Abbey: From the seafront, both Rathmore Road and Belgrave Road take you to Chestnut Avenue for Torre Abbey parking. To find our car park, drive into the Riviera International Conference Centre and follow signs around to the back (by the tennis courts). Torquay Station is within 5 minutes walk of Torre Abbey and there are several nearby bus stops. There is also a drop-off point and limited parking within the grounds for disabled visitors.

Access:
Torre Abbey is accessible for those in a wheelchair or people with limited mobility. Please note, the ground is rough in places and there are some elevations along the path.
Orchard Forest School: is pram friendly, but toilets are currently not wheelchair accessible.
Toilets:
Torre Abbey has accessible toilets, as does the café, which also features a wide door with push-button entry and baby changing facilities.
Orchard Forest School has a compost toilet and sheltered spaces outside for baby changing.

We invite children to bring a bear to take them on an adventure like no other. There will be a chance for families to explore the grounds of the site through activities and will be asked to come back together to join in with some games near the end. At the end of the hour, we invite everyone to bring their picnics and all have lunch together for the last 30 minutes of the sessions.
There are limited spaces available at the morning (Torre Abbey) or afternoon (Orchard Forest School) workshop, so please book your ticket now to avoid disappointment.

– A minimum of 2 tickets is to be purchased for this event, 1 adult, and must have 1 child attending. We have limited spaces available. Please only bring children who have been purchased a ticket.
– This event has been planned to go ahead within current restrictions, if the government roadmap changes at any time we reserve the right to make changes to the event, and we will be in touch with further information regarding refunds. If you feel unwell, or have recently been in contact with someone with symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend this event.
– We withold the right to cancel the event if the weather will not permit the activity to take place, refunds will be made available.
– Photographs may be captured during your visit. This will be used for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third-party publication. If you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted please contact the event organiser or speak with a member of staff prior to the event.
